It's Re-enrollment Time!

Get Ready: Please turn in any new enrollments or enrollment changes to our office as soon as you can. This way, your re-enrollment report(s) will include the most up-to-date information. We will start printing re-enrollment reports on Monday, September 13.

Get Set: We will be mailing re-enrollments on Tuesday, September 14.

Re-Enroll: Please work on your re-enrollment packet as soon as you receive it!

  •  Scannable providers must send their re-enrollments with their September menus.
  • Web providers must send in their re-enrollments by October 1.



Keep Your Food Program Records!

According to the USDA, home day care providers must:

- Keep all food program records for 3 years from the date of submission.

- Have 1 year (plus the current month) of records available at reviews.

- Have access to the remaining years of records. These records can be stored off site.
