*If serving to ages 3-5, recipe makes up to 16 portions with 1 1/2 oz. meat and 1/3 cup noodles per serving.

Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 1/4 pound Ground Beef, browned and drained
  • 26 oz. can Tomato Soup
  • 12 oz. Egg Noodles or Macaroni, whole wheat
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 1/2 pound Ground Beef, browned and drained
  • 2 (26 oz.) can Tomato Soup
  • 1 1/2 pound Egg Noodles or Macaroni, whole wheat
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain
  2. Mix cooked ground beef, condensed soup, and cooked noodles.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:

1 Portion = 2 oz. meat and 1 oz. (1/2 cup) serving whole grain.
