Ingredients (homes):

  • 5 pound Chicken Tenders or cut Chicken Breasts
  • 2 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup + 2 TBSP. Honey*
  • 1/2 cup + 2 TBSP. Lime Juice

Ingredients (centers):

  • 10 pound Chicken Tenders or cut Chicken Breasts
  • 5 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 1/4 cup Lime Juice

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing, lime juice, and honey.
  2. Marinate chicken in a sealable/covered container at least 1 hour. Turn as needed to coat chicken.
  3. Place on a lined or greased baking sheet.
  4. Broil 5 minutes on each side or until browned.

Serve:

1 Portion = 2 oz. meat/meat alt.
* do not serve to children under the age of 1.
