Ingredients (homes):
- 5 pound Chicken Tenders or cut Chicken Breasts
- 2 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup + 2 TBSP. Honey*
- 1/2 cup + 2 TBSP. Lime Juice
Ingredients (centers):
- 10 pound Chicken Tenders or cut Chicken Breasts
- 5 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 1/4 cup Lime Juice
Directions:
- Mix dressing, lime juice, and honey.
- Marinate chicken in a sealable/covered container at least 1 hour. Turn as needed to coat chicken.
- Place on a lined or greased baking sheet.
- Broil 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
Serve:
1 Portion = 2 oz. meat/meat alt.
* do not serve to children under the age of 1.
