Cinco de Mayo Sombreros

Materials:

1. Paper plate
2. Paper cup
3. Pipe cleaners
4. Puff balls
5. Glue

Directions:

1. Glue the rim of the paper cup to the middle of the paper plate.
2. Have the children decorate the sombrero with the pipe cleaners and puff balls.
