Freeze Dance

Materials:

1. Large, open space
2. Music

Directions:

1. Have the children spread out.
2. Play the music and let the children dance or copy movements.
3. Randomly stop the music and have them hold their positions.
4. Older children can be leaders for the dances or movements.
