Mittens

Materials:

1. Construction paper
2. Paint
3. Paint brushes
4. Scissors
5. Yarn

Directions:

1. Fold a piece of construction paper in half and draw a mitten shape onto the paper so that the non-thumb side of the mitten is right along the fold. Cut the mitten out so you have tow mittens that are connected.
2. Paint a design on only one mitten, painting a bit heavier than usual.
3. Fold the two mittens together and squish them well. Slowly peel the two appart and you should have the same design on both!
4. Once the mittens dry, cut them apart.
5. Poke a hole in the bottom of each one and tie the end of a small piece of yarn to each.
6. Hang up your finished mittens.
