Paper Plate Snakes

Materials:

1. paper plates
2. scissors
3. markers, crayons or paint
4. wiggle eyes
5. red curling ribbon
6. glue

Directions:

1. Cut paper plate starting at the outer edge.
2. Cut in a spiral pattern towards the center of the plate.
3. Stop cutting when you get 4-5 inches from the center.
4. The center of the plate will be the snake's head.
5. Color the snake with markers, crayons, or paint.
6. Add wiggle eyes.
7. Glue on a piece of curly red ribbon for the tongue.
