Pumpkin Puzzle

Materials:

1. 6-8 jumbo craft sticks
2. Orange paint
3. Masking tape
4. Black magic marker
5. Zip top baggie large enough to hold the craft sticks

Directions:

1. Paint the craft sticks orange.
2. Allow the paint to dry.
3. Place the craft sticks next to each other, orange side down, and tape the sticks together with the masking tape.
4. Have each child write their name on the un-painted side of every craft stick.
5. Turn the craft sticks over, orange side up.
6. Invite the child(ren) to draw a face on their pumpkin.
7. Remove the masking tape, and have the child scramble the pieces and solve the puzzle.
8. Store in the zip-top plastic baggie.
