Snowman Scavenger Hunt
Materials:
- carrot
- scarf
- hat
- gloves or mittens
- "snow man eyes," such as 2 rocks or 2 lumps of coal
- "arms," such as twigs
Directions:
- Gather a bunch of items that you might use to decorate a snowman.
- This could include a carrot, scarf, hat, gloves, mittens, rocks, and twigs.
- Write each of the items you collected on a piece of paper.
- Hide the snowman parts throughout the house.
- Help the children read the list and try to find all of the items.
- Once all of the items are found, hide them again (or, if it's snowing, go make a snowman!)
