Ingredients (homes):

  • 6 small/1 pound 12 oz. Bananas, peeled
  • 3 cup OR 24 oz. Yogurt, <23 grams sugar in 6 oz.
  • 6 cup OR 1 1/2 cup (optional) Cereal, Flakes/Rounds OR Granola (optional)

Ingredients (centers):

  • 24 small/6 pound 12 oz. Bananas, peeled
  • 3 (32 oz.) tubs Yogurt, <23 grams sugar in 6 oz.
  • 24 cup OR 6 cup (optional) Cereal, Flakes/Rounds OR Granola (optional)

Directions:

  1. Slice bananas and place in a bowl or plate.
  2. Top each bowl/plate with 1/2 cup yogurt.
  3. If desired, top each with cereal (1/4 cup granola or 1 cup flakes/rounds).

Serve:

1 portion = 1 oz. meat alt. + 1/2 cup fruit for ages 3+ at breakfast.
