Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Refried Beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Salsa
  • 3 cup or 12 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Ingredients (centers):

  • 2 (16 oz.) can Refried Beans
  • 2 (16 oz.) jar Salsa
  • 6 cup or 1 1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Spray pan(s) with nonstick spray.
  2. Layer beans, salsa, and cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  4. Serve with whole grain tortilla chips.

Serve:

1 serving = 1 oz. meat alt. at snack.
