Black Bean Burgers (Vegetarian/Vegan)

1 (13 x 18") half sheet pan

Ingredients (homes):
- 4 cups black beans, canned, drained, rinsed
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (for a gluten-free version, use gluten-free oat flour)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Ingredients (centers):
- 1 gallon black beans, canned, drained, rinsed
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (for a gluten-free version, use gluten-free oat flour)
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt or to taste
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir ingredients with a mixer until about half the beans are mashed and the "dough" sticks together.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a #10 (3/8 cup) scoop to portion patties. Flatten patties.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Serve:
1 patty = 1.5 oz. eq. meat alternate
