- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 TBSP. Cornstarch
- 1 qt. Blueberries, fresh
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 TBSP. Cornstarch
- 2 qt. Blueberries, fresh
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
- Blend sugar, cornstarch, blueberries, and lemon juice in a pan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract.
1 Portion = 1/2 cup fruit.
Serve with pancakes, waffles, on top of yogurt, etc.
