Ingredients (homes):

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 TBSP. Cornstarch
  • 1 qt. Blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract

Ingredients (centers):

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 TBSP. Cornstarch
  • 2 qt. Blueberries, fresh
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract

Directions:

  1. Blend sugar, cornstarch, blueberries, and lemon juice in a pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened, about 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1/2 cup fruit.
Serve with pancakes, waffles, on top of yogurt, etc.
