Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 cup Kale, lightly packed
  • 1 cup Sweet Cherries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 2 cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 large (1 cup) Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Milk, Soy Milk or 100% Juice
  • Vanilla, Almond, or Coconut Extract, to taste

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 cup Kale, lightly packed
  • 2 cup Sweet Cherries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 4 cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 2 large (2 cup) Banana, frozen
  • 2 cup Milk, Soy Milk or 100% Juice
  • Vanilla, Almond, or Coconut Extract, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. A thick smoothie can be served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk and serve as a beverage.

Serve:

1 Portion = 1/2 cup fruit
