Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 (10.5 oz.) can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/4 cup Instant Brown Rice
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast, boneless, diced
  • 1 (12.6 oz.) bag Broccoli Florets, frozen, thawed
  • 1/2 cup or 2 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Ingredients (centers):

  • 3 (10.5 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 1/4 cup Water
  • 3 3/4 cup Instant Brown Rice
  • 3 pound Chicken Breast, boneless, diced
  • 3 (12.6 oz.) bag or 38 oz. Broccoli Florets, frozen, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cup or 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:

  1. Mix soup and water.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Serve:

1 portion = 1.5 oz. meat/meat alt., 1/2 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG), and 1/4 cup vegetable.
