Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 1/2 cup Hummus, prepared
  • 6 (8-inch) Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 6 oz. Grilled Chicken Strips*, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, red, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups Carrots, shredded
  • 2 cup Spinach or Lettuce

Ingredients (centers):

  • 6 cup Hummus, prepared
  • 24 (8-inch) Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 24 oz. Grilled Chicken Strips*, cooked
  • 6 cups Bell Pepper, red, cut into strips
  • 6 cups Carrots, shredded
  • 8 cup Spinach or Lettuce

Directions:

  1. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each tortilla.
  2. Top each tortilla with 1 oz. chicken (*or turkey), 1/4 cup peppers (4-6 strips), 1/4 cup carrots, and 1/3 cup spinach/lettuce leaves.
  3. Fold in 2 sides over veggies and roll up tortilla from bottom.

Serve:

1 wrap = 2 oz. meat/meat. , 1 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG) and/or 1/2 cup vegetable
