Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 pound (~1/2 medium) Head Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Light Mayo
  • 2 TBSP. Sugar
  • 2 TBSP. Honey* or Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar

Ingredients (centers):

  • 2 pound (~1 medium) Head Cabbage
  • 1 cup Light Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey** or Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vinegar

Directions:

  1. Finely shred cabbage.
  2. Mix all other ingredients to make a sauce.
  3. Pour over cabbage and mix.

Serve:

1 portion = 1/2 oz. eq. bread/grain and 1/4 cup vegetable.
* do not serve honey to children under the age of 1.
