Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Orange Juice, 100% Juice
  • 12 oz. Cranberries

Ingredients (centers):

  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Orange Juice, 100% Juice
  • 2 pound Cranberries

Directions:

  1. Dissolve sugar in orange juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in cranberries. Cook until cranberries begin to "pop", about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
  4. Cool and serve.

Serve:

1/3 cup = 1/4 cup fruit
