Crock-Pot Ranch Mushrooms

Makes (homes):

8 (1/4 cup) OR
4 (1/2 cup) portions
1 (3 qt.) slow cooker

8 (1/2 cup) portions
1 (5 qt.) slow cooker


Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 pound Whole, Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Ranch Dip Mix, dry

Ingredients (centers):

  • 2 pound Whole, Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 (1 oz.) packet Ranch Dip Mix, dry

Directions:

  1. Place half of the mushrooms in a crock pot.
  2. Pour half of the melted butter over the mushrooms.
  3. Sprinkle half of dry ranch dip mix over mushrooms.
  4. Add remaining mushrooms, butter, and ranch mix.
  5. Place lid on crock pot, cook on how for 3-4 hours.

Serve:

1/4 cup = 1/4 cup vegetable
