Ingredients (homes):
- 1 1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 TBSP. Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 TBSP. Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
- Stir in milk, oil, and enough water to make a thick batter. Do not over mix.
- Bake on hot, greased griddle until tops are bubbly and edges are dry.
- Flip. Cook 1-2 minutes longer until cooked through.
- Serving suggestion: Top with fresh fruit, applesauce, or nut/seed butter.
Serve:
1 pancake = 1/2 oz. eq. grain
