Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 pound Strawberries, frozen, sliced, unsweetened
  • 1 (29 oz.) can Pears, canned in juice, diced, drained
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, optional

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 pound Strawberries, frozen, sliced, unsweetened
  • 1 (106 oz.) can Pears, canned in juice, diced, drained
  • 1 TBSP. + 1 tsp. Sugar, optional

Directions:

  1. Mix strawberries and pears together.
  2. If you wish, use the juice from the pears or a tiny bit of sugar to sweeten the salad if your berries are tart.

Serve:

1 portion = 1/4 cup fruit for lunch or dinner
