Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 TBSP. Olive Oil
  • 3 pound Chicken Wings, 3.1 oz. each, with bone and skin
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Honey*
  • 3 TBSP. Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP. Molasses

Ingredients (centers):

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 12 pound Chicken Wings, 3.1 oz. each, with bone and skin
  • Salt and Pepper, sprinkle to taste
  • 1 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Molasses

Directions:

  1. Mix together oil, mustard, honey, ketchup and molasses. Divide in half.
  2. Oil grill grates with additional oil. Preheat to medium high.
  3. Spread wings on a baking sheet and pay dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill wings about 8 minutes flipping once halfway through.
  5. Brush with half the sauce. Cover. Cook 2 minutes.
  6. Flip. Cook 1 minute more or until a food thermometer reads 165 degrees. Toss with reaming sauce.

Serve:

Two chicken wings with bone and skin = 2 oz. meat
*do not serve honey to children under the age of 1.
