Ingredients (homes):
- 1 cup (~1 mango) Mango, diced
- 4 cup (~ 1 small) Pineapple
- 1 cup (~ 1 large) Banana
- 2 TBSP. (juice of 1 lime) Lime Juice
- 3 TBSP. Coconut, shredded
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 cup (~2 mango) Mango, diced
- 8 cup (~ 2 small) Pineapple
- 2 cup (~ 2 cup) Banana
- 1/4 cup (juice of 2 lime) Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Coconut, shredded
Directions:
- Peel fruit. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix all ingredients. Chill.
Serve:
1 portion = 1/2 cup fruit
