Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 cup (~1 mango) Mango, diced
  • 4 cup (~ 1 small) Pineapple
  • 1 cup (~ 1 large) Banana
  • 2 TBSP. (juice of 1 lime) Lime Juice
  • 3 TBSP. Coconut, shredded

Ingredients (centers):

  • 2 cup (~2 mango) Mango, diced
  • 8 cup (~ 2 small) Pineapple
  • 2 cup (~ 2 cup) Banana
  • 1/4 cup (juice of 2 lime) Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP. Coconut, shredded

Directions:

  1. Peel fruit. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Chill.

Serve:

1 portion = 1/2 cup fruit
