Orange Smooothie

4 Portions (ages 3-5) OR

Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 cup Milk, divided
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 cup, Milk divided
  • 2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

  1. Freeze half of the milk in ice cube trays.
  2. Puree milk ice cubes, remaining milk, yogurt, juice concentrate and vanilla.
  3. Enjoy!

Serve:

1 portion = 1/2 oz. meat alt. + 1/2 cup milk
