Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 TBSP. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 TBSP. Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix in yogurt. Dough will be crumbly at first. Knead until dough is smooth, about 8 minutes. Dust with more flour if needed.
  3. Roll out dough onto sheet pan(s) (or cookie sheets).
  4. Add toppings. Bake at 450 degrees until crust is golden, 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cool. Cut into portions.

Serve:

1 portion = 1 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG).
