Ingredients (homes):
- 8 Tortillas, whole wheat, 10-12 inch
- 12 ounces Cheese, Monterey Jack, shredded
- 12 ounces Cheese, Cheddar, shredded

- 16 Tortillas, whole wheat, 10-12 inch
- 1 pound 8 ounces Cheese, Monterey Jack, shredded
- 1 pound 8 ounces Cheese, Cheddar, shredded
Directions:
- Place 6 tortillas along the edges of a half sheet pan, so that half of each tortilla hangs off the sides.
- Place one tortilla in the center.
- Top with cheese.
- Place 1 tortilla in the center. Fold tortillas over the top so all the cheese is covered.
- Bake at 425F until tortillas are browned and cheese is melted, about 18-20 minutes.
Serve:
1 slice to count as 2 ounce meat alternate + 1 ounce equivalent grain
