Snow Dip (Cottage Cheese Dip)

Ingredients (homes):
- 2 cups cottage cheese (any type)
- 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
Ingredients (centers):
- 8 cups cottage cheese (any type)
- 4 packets (1 ounce each) dry ranch dressing mix
Directions:
- Mix dry ranch dressing with cottage cheese.
- If desired, puree dip in the blender for a smoother texture.
- Serve with fresh chopped vegetables.
Serve:
1/4 cup = 1 oz. eq. meat alternate
