Southwest Chicken Soup

1 (3 qt.) crock pot

Ingredients (homes):

  • 2 (15 oz.) can Northern Beans, undrained
  • 1 pound Chicken, Boneless, Skinless, diced, raw
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 cup Onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Oregano

Ingredients (centers):

  • 4 (15 oz.) can Northern Beans, undrained
  • 2 pound Chicken, Boneless, Skinless, diced, raw
  • 2 (10 oz.) can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 cup Onion
  • 3 tsp. Cumin
  • 2 tsp. Oregano

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot. Sir well.
  2. Cover. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serve:

1 cup = 1.5 oz. meat + 1/2 cup vegetable
