Sweet and Sour Chicken

9 x 13" pan

12 x 20 x 2.5" pan


Ingredients (homes):

  • 1 (22 oz.) bag Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 3 lbs. Pepper and Onion blend
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle French/Catalina Dressing
  • 1 cup Apricot Jam
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Onion Soup Mix

Ingredients (centers):

  • 3 lbs. 7 oz. Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 7 lbs. 8 oz. Pepper and Onion blend
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz. French/Catalina Dressing
  • 2 1/2 cups Apricot Jam
  • 2 1/2 oz. Onion Soup Mix

Directions:

  1. Place chicken and veggies in pan(s).
  2. Mix salad dressing, jam, and soup mix. Drizzle on top.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F until steaming, about 1 hour for a 9" x 13" pan.

Serve:

1 cup counts as 2 ounces meat/alternate and 1/2 cup veggies
