Taco Dip

Ingredients (homes):

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, light/fat free
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh chopped OR or 2 Tbsp. dried
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning

Ingredients (centers):

  • 3 cups Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 3 cups Mayonnaise, light/fat free
  • 1 1/2 cups Cilantro, fresh chopped or 1/4 cup dried
  • 3/4 cup Taco Seasoning


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve dip with veggies and crackers for a creditable snack.


This dip does not count towards meal requirements.
Serve with crackers and fresh vegetables for a creditable snack. Try shredded veggies (cucumber, zucchini, etc.) or thin pepper strips for toddlers.
Use as a sauce for tacos.
