Ingredients (homes):
- 3 cup Dried Fruit (ex. Cranberries, Raisins, Pineapple, Coconut, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cup Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts, Pecans, Walnuts, etc.) OR Seeds (Pumpkin, Sunflower, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cup Grain of your choice (ex. Fish Shaped Crackers, Cereal O's, and/or mini pretzels)

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
Serve:
1/2 cup = 1/2 cup fruit* and 1/2 oz. meat alternate
*1/4 cup dried fruit counts as 1/2 cup fruit for the Food Program
