Vegetarian Baked Beans

Ingredients (homes):
- 1 pound Navy Beans, dry, rinsed, discard any bad or discolored beans
- 1/2 cup Onion, minced
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1 TBSP. Liquid Smoke
- 1 TBSP. Dijon Mustard, prepared
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
Ingredients (centers):
- 2 pound Navy Beans, dry, rinsed, discard any bad or discolored beans
- 1 cup Onion, minced
- 2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Molasses
- 2 TBSP. Liquid Smoke
- 2 TBSP. Dijon Mustard, prepared
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Ketchup
Directions:
- Place beans in a crock pot. Cover with water. Cook on high until tender, but not mushy, about 10 hours.
- Drain off water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low until heated through, about 1 hour longer.
Serve:
1 Portion (1/4 cup) = 1 oz. meat alt. OR 1/4 cup vegetable serving.
