Ingredients (homes):

  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream (or plain Greek Yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 8 (1 oz.) rolls 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls/Thins
  • 1 cup Chopped Veggies (ex. broccoli, green onion, etc.)

Ingredients (centers):

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (or plain Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 tsp. Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 16 (1 oz.) rolls 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls/Thins
  • 2 cup Chopped Veggies (ex. broccoli, green onion, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Mix spread ingredients until smooth. Mix in cheese.
  2. Top each sandwich roll/thin with 1/4 cup of spread.
  3. Top with veggies.

Serve:

1 portion = 1 oz. meat alt. + 1 oz. eq. serving whole grain (WG) for snack.
